A CHIEF FOR YOUR PROJECT.
Book a call and talk to a Chief for up to one hour. Share how you want your space to feel and function, and let the Chief turn your ideas and imagination into a realistic, technically efficient concept with the support of trade experts, designers, and 3D visualizers.
LOCK THE PLAN.
Start with 50% of our fee. An expert will measure your space, and you will receive a preview call covering the design, budget, and timeline. Refine it once if needed, approve it, and then receive your complete project plan in writing—design, measurements, materials, pricing, payments, delivery, installation, completion, deep cleaning, and your confirmed READY-TO-USE DATE.
CRAFT AND PREPARE.
After locking the plan, our experts purchase and our associates produce. We assure quality and coordinate efficient, consolidated delivery to minimize time, followed by installation and setup under our supervision.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION.
Once everything is made, checked, and safely packed, you pay the vendors and the next 35% of our fee. From there, delivery and installation are efficiently managed under expert supervision, ensuring everything is completed as planned.
SPRUCE IT UP.
We snag, quality-check, deep-clean, and close vendor payments. Pay our final 15%, receive your complete handover pack—warranties, material and supplier details, O&M manuals, and upgrade options. Then, JUST USE IT.
